Nomadic groups are no rarity in the Isle of Lumen, quite the opposite, in fact. Here you will find the list of Nomadic Groups, and below them, the list of Alliances or Hostilites they have with eachother.

To create a Nomadic Group, PM this form, completed, to a Council Member.

Note: In order to qualify, you must have at least one other member willing to join ( and no more than five, ever... ) and none of you can be in another Nomadic Group. We will also need confirmation from the other members.

To create an Alliance/Hostility with another Nomadic Group, one member from each group must submit the following.

Note: The 'Why?' can be fictional and Role-Play based, but it must be agreed upon by the two groups.

To call off an Alliance or Hostility, or to break up a Nomadic Group, simply PM a Council Member. Other members involved will be notified for authentification.
