Alissa hummed a tune. She stared blankly ahead immune to what was happening around her. She felt someone push her a side. She looked up to see a man the size of a mountain. He had quite a few scars and looked as if he would kill the next person who ticked him off. Not met to be a healer Alissa thought.
"Pay attention girl." He snarled nostrils flaring. Werewolves so overrated. Too many anger issues. Although she wanted to slap him silly instead she said " Yes mister Carter." She said happily as if she really wanted to be here. "Sir." She threw in seeing his grouchy look. Of course he always seemed that way.
He had been her mentor for what two days all of which they had so far gone over rules and simple herbs. Alissa knew the basics as if they were the alphabet. More complex herbs were the nessary ingredients she needed little work. But she snickered to herself at the expression from the goodness of his heart he was doing it for free. A scream surprised her. " This is your real test." he snarled. As more transformed werewolves came around her.

Cin woke that morning in her small tarp tent, and quickly cooked herself the last of the rabbit she had caught the day before. She had sold the doe in the last town she was in, and was on the move again. But this time, she wasn't walking without a purpose, she was... following someone. Just thinking about the blond angel gave her excitement. She was fascinated by her. To the point that she had tracked the woman, just out of curiosity. She only hoped the angel wouldn't notice and think her a threat, or a creep. But she had pure motives, and in no way wanted to hurt the creature. In fact, she wanted to protect her.
Hyacinth packed up her camp, and set off into the city of Piskrà. Why the angel wanted to visit this city, one that was crawling with werewolves, Cinth couldn't fathom. But maybe she would find out. Maybe she would enter a pub and find the angel there, like their first encounter. Cin felt embarrassment color her cheeks as she recalled how she quickly left the pub, without much of a farewell, simply because she was nervous. What a silly, immature thing to do, she knew. But if she talked to this angel again, she would prove much better. At the very least, she would ask for her name.
When she entered the city, she curled her lip at the appearance. It wasn't at all like home, and it was shabby. Much like it's inhabitants, she thought. She had waited two days outside of the city, hoping the angel would take her leave, but she hadn't. Now Cin was determined to find her, make sure she was okay, and see if she took up a permanent residence. As she walked with caution, her hood covering her face, and her hands ready to whip out her bow, she heard a scream. Almost instantly, she had her bow armed with an arrow, and was running in the direction. Someone was calling for help, and help Cin would do. She hated werewolves, and probably always will.
First, she saw a girl standing with her back to her. Then she saw the woman in distress. It was her angel! Cin quickly counted eight werewolves, and cursed. She only had six arrows stocked! As they surrounded her, waiting to make their attack, Cin let loose her arrow. It flew true, hitting a werewolf in the shoulder. She didn't want to kill them, not yet. They would pay for trying to hurt such a pure, innocent thing. Another arrow, and then another. They all hit their mark. When the three were down, she moved closer, shouting for the brunette human to get out of the way. Hyacinth was a warrior, born for this kind of thing.
